Title: Surplus to requirements
Pairing/Characters: Havoc et al
Rating: G
Warning: Angsty crappy writing
Words: 186
Summary: Havoc isn’t feeling all that needed.
A.N: So, this happened. I was thinking Havoc needed more love and I did this to him. :/ It’s been a while so I’m a little rusty, apologies for any mistakes.

‘You need any help, Fuery?’ Havoc looked at the device the staff sergeant was currently repairing (or maybe he should say inventing, some of it looked pretty jerry-rigged and not exactly standard issue anymore) and thought he could at least pass him the tools he needed.
‘No, that’s okay second lieutenant, I can handle it.’
‘How about you Breda?’
‘Not unless you’ve suddenly become proficient with battle strategy, Havoc.’ So that was a no then.
‘Falman?’ Surely there was some organising and filing that he could help the man with.
‘No thank you second lieutenant. I am perfectly fine and I much prefer to do things myself so that I know they have been done correctly.’
There wasn’t any point asking Hawkeye, nor the Colonel or Ed who were currently arguing over Ed’s latest report (or lack thereof) in the inner office.
‘I’ll just go walk Bla-‘ he was interrupted by the door opening. Black Hayate returning from walking himself. He sighed. ‘A smoke it is then.’ Havoc left the room, his presence and his help unneeded for the moment, his colleagues oblivious to his absence.
