A.N: I actually just remembered I hadn't posted this one here >.< I wrote it for a fic contest prompt back in November last year, it was prompt 246 - Glare.

He wasn’t sure he’d ever seen anything quite like it before in his life. He was, however, sure that he had never seen a more striking sight.
The glare coming from the silver metal that was Edward Elric’s arm as he fought for his life and that of all the people he cared about was the singular most beautiful and awe inspiring thing he had ever witnessed. It was that sight that made him want to fight just as hard to protect the young man as that man was fighting to protect others.
Roy raised his gloved hand. He glanced back quickly at Ed and the brilliant light shining from his arm as he brought it down on yet another attacker. Inspired by that sight, Roy clicked his fingers.
