Summary: Ed gets home early but nobody pays any attention to him

Ed watched his younger lover work. He enjoyed watching Russell with his plants, the younger man always seem to get such joy from them. However, Ed did tend to get annoyed when Russell began getting too involved in his work, especially when Ed wanted his attention.
“Russ, I’m home early,” no answer. “Russ, I’m horny,” still no answer. “Russ, I’ve decided to let you violate me with your plants. I know how much you want to try tentacle sex.” Russ didn’t even bat an eyelid in Ed’s direction. Ed rolled his eyes and left the greenhouse. There was always Roy to play with if Russell was too busy.
Once Ed walked into the house he knew exactly where Roy would be. They had got a new stock of books in and Roy had been busy that morning organising them in the study. Ed stood in the doorway and stared at his older lover. The dark haired man was currently sat in the middle of the floor surrounded by books, old and new, reading.
Ed should have seen this coming, after all it was Roy and it was alchemy books, some of which were about fire alchemy so it had been inevitable, Ed would probably have done the same thing. He cleared his throat to get Roy’s attention but Roy didn’t even look round.
“Roy, I’m home” nothing. “Roy, I’m horny,” again nothing. What was with his lovers? “Roy, in about 10 seconds I am going to go up those stairs, fish out the box of toys and pleasure myself, feel free to start paying attention at any point and come join me.” Silence.
Ed shrugged, turned, left the room then did exactly what he said he was going to do. He went up the stairs, into their bedroom, took out the toy box and began to play.

Russ looked up from what he was doing as words he hadn’t really been listening to seeped into his consciousness. Did Ed just say he was horny? Russ stopped playing with his plants and pretty much bolted from the greenhouse.

Roy lowered the book he was reading, looked around, looked confused, and then realised that he had just missed something very important. When he heard the first moan he dropped the book and dashed for the stairs.
In the hall he met Russ looking like he was in just as much of a hurry.
“Ed?” Roy asked him.
“Ed!” Russ reply.
They took the stairs together at top speed, ran down the corridor and opened the bedroom door. Roy smirked, Russ blushed, Ed moaned, pinched his nipple and glared at his lovers.
“It’s about damn time! Don’t just stand there, come and help me.” They didn’t need asking a third time.
