RIP Lucky 30/06/11

Mum had to have him put to sleep today, he was always eating and it turned out that he couldn't digest food properly which was actually the least of his problems so rather than have him suffer she said it was nicer this way.
She's more upset than I am, he moved in with her when I was at uni back in 2003 and when I moved home he always stared at me like I was an interloper. I do miss him but I agree with mum, he was always a bit ill so maybe he's happier now.

the lighter colored on in that pic. mine had more white, but similar coloration, and face, to me at least.

I'm so sorry for him and you. A cat can be a great friend. I still see my cat in the corner of my eye, and it has been a whole year since she died. I want to weep now. *hugs you tight*

I've lost a lot of pets over the years and I still expect some of them to walk in through the catflap even when it's been a decade or more. I guess we never really get over the death of a pet, they are family after all <33333
