Drabble - Innocent touches
Title: Innocent touches
Pairing/Characters: Riza/Winry, Ed/Kain
Rating: PG
Warning: I’m writing yuri again and fluff!!!
Words: 319
Summary: Innocent little touches can be intimate too.
A.N: What is wrong with me???? I can’t seem to stop writing these two at the moment and it is fluff!! Why the hell am I writing fluff?? Okay, who cursed me?? Someone must have put a spell on me at some point because I never used to want to write yuri (was too afraid I’d fuck it up >.<) but now I can’t stop *cries* Anyway, the ending sucks a little because I can’t figure out how to end this properly but never mind, it will do :)

Ed watched from his perch across the room and smiled at what he saw. Riza was sat on a chair in the living room chatting with Ed’s boyfriend who was a total geek most of the time but somehow managed to be a real charmer at parties (and very kinky in the bedroom but that was for Ed to know and nobody else to find out). Winry was sat on the floor in front of her talking with Al, laughing and smiling and having a good time.
It was the innocence of the scene that had Ed smiling, Riza talking with Kain, Winry with Al but as they spoke Riza was running her fingers lightly through Winry’s golden hair and Winry kept touching Riza’s leg. It was such simple contact, nothing overly obvious just honest feelings shown through innocent touches that were more intimate than anything Ed and Kain may get up to in their rather interestingly decorated bedroom.
Ed continued watching as Winry caught Riza’s hand in her own and intertwined their fingers before looking up at her with so much love in her eyes and smiling a smile that seemed reserved just for Riza and Riza smiled back in the same way. The brief moment was quickly over and their hands parted, Riza returning to absent-mindedly running her fingers through Winry’s hair and Winry to touching Riza’s leg as she chatted.
It wasn’t something big and it wasn’t something really all that memorable but Ed would remember it as the day he realised that two of his closest friends were not just friends anymore, they were in love. And he loved that they were because he couldn’t think of two people who deserved love more than they did. He smiled again before wandering over to join in the conversation, suddenly feeling the need to hold his lover’s hand and show Kain just how much he loved him.
